991.2 Carrera Performance Package (2017-2019)

Release even more power for the already incredible Porsche 991.2 Carrera. Ever since Porsche debuted this model, it has been impressing sports car enthusiasts of all sorts. With the optional Porsche Sport Exhaust (PSE) upgrade for the 991.2 Carrera, Fabspeed designed separate packages for the different vehicle exhaust platforms. Each package includes its own specific parts that optimize the vehicles exhaust flow to increase horsepower and torque for the designed OEM exhaust. 

With Fabspeed's full Porsche Carrera Exhaust upgrade package, you can increase horsepower and torque while shedding weight. From the headers to the exhaust tips, this complete performance package is the best set of Porsche aftermarket exhaust parts available. Fabspeed constructs all of its parts with extreme precision, and tests the performance against OEM numbers to fine-tune the upgrades.

Once we receive your ECU, our tuner will first unlock the ECU so the its can be tuned with the new XperTune map and made compatible to be tuned with the optional handheld tuner. We will then ship your ECU and optional Handheld Tuner back to you for re-installation; no modifications to the vehicle are necessary.

INSTALLATION NOTE: To ensure proper header seal, after initial heat cycle, tighten all exhaust bolts to the OEM torque specs.

• This upgrade requires you to send us your ECU one time for unlocking and tuning - Shipped back with optional Handheld Tuner for future adjustments.
• Please review our Tuning Guide below and include the ECU Tuning Information form inside the box when shipping in your ECU. We utilize this form to ensure we meet your needs and consider your modifications to deliver the best possible results.
• While a vehicle equipped with bolt-on upgrades will experience maximum gains as a result of the increased efficiency of the engine, great power gains can be made on a completely stock vehicle!  
• You must fill out and include a copy of the ECU Information form along with your ECU upon sending it in. Please contact us if you need to send the form in any other manner.
• You must have access to a PC / Windows computer (Mac OS not supported) to upload new tune files or reset back to stock with your Handheld device. 
• The Handheld device "marries" with your vehicle and can only be used on one vehicle.

No need to send your ECU in to return to stock - simply use the Handheld to flash back, then to your Fabspeed XperTune again at any point!

DOES MY CAR HAVE “PSE”?

The Porsche Sport Exhaust – better known as PSE – was a factory option available on many late model Porsches. You can quickly and easily determine if your vehicle is equipped with PSE by taking a look at your center console. If your console has a button on it with an “exhaust tip” icon (see photo), then your vehicle is equipped with PSE, and you should select the PSE option when adding this product to your cart. If you do not see this button, the your vehicle does not have PSE and you should select the standard exhaust option when checking out.

Why We Choose HJS Catalytic Converters: 

HJS German imported catalytic converters are made from some of the highest grade materials you can find in a catalytic converter. This yields high performance gains and longevity so it wont deteriorate over time like lower grade catalytic converters. These catalytic converters flow up to 93-95% of a straight pipe in most applications. Sport Catalytic Converter (STREET) - This product removes the OEM catalytic converters from the vehicle, and as such, is strictly intended for closed track events and off-road use only. This product contains a High-Flow Sport Catalytic Converter solely intended for track and race cars as it is NOT California Air Resources Board Certified and not EPA certified. You are hereby informed and warned to check your local, state, and federals laws before buying and installing these or any aftermarket parts to be sure whether usage is in violation. All installation-risk and use-risk is borne by the end-user and installer of these parts.

Cat Bypass (RACE) - This product removes the OEM catalytic converters from the vehicle, and as such, is strictly intended for closed track events and off-road use only. This product is or contains a Racing Cat Bypass Pipe, which will give you check engine lights on OBD2 cars. Racing Cat Bypass Pipes are solely intended for track and race cars as they are NOT California Air Resources Board Certified and not EPA certified. You are hereby informed and warned to check your local, state, and federals laws before buying and installing these or any aftermarket parts to be sure whether usage is in violation.
